Ruukki is a Finland-based group of companies, a manufacturer of steel and construction materials made of steel.
The Finnish group of companies Rautaruukki was founded in 1960 by major Finnish steel companies with the support of the Finnish government.

Ruukki Construction serves consumers in the construction industry by offering roofing products and accessories, enclosure structures. Ruukki products are offered through the official partners, dealer outlets and Ruukki Express shops. Ruukki Construction employs around 3,500 people at 20 production plants in Europe. In 2014, Ruukki Construction joined the SSAB Group of companies. SSAB is a steel company based in Northern Europe and the USA; it has a presence in more than 50 countries. In Ukraine, Ruukki operates since 1997. In 2009, a production warehouse complex was opened in the Kyiv region.
