ARCHITECTURAL CLUBS
ArchClub USСС is a specialized event, a communication platform that unites architects, designers and construction customers.
The main goals of architecture clubs:
- presentation of the best cases and practices
- innovations in architecture and design
- experience exchange
- presentation of real estate objects using steel structures
- nonworking of market participants
- The event is aimed at familiarizing with the experience of leading Ukrainian specialists who have managed to achieve outstanding results in their practice both in Ukraine and abroad.
On specific cases on commercial, residential and industrial real estate, participants in the steel construction market and industry experts show the possibilities of metal in construction, reconstruction of buildings, construction of superstructures and attics, and renovation of facades.
A series of events for architects takes place in Kiev and in the regions and is dedicated to various topics aimed at creating architecturally expressive real estate objects, the use of new technologies in design, as well as the effective interaction between an architect and a designer.
BIM IN UKRAINE

BIM IN DESIGN. REAL UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE
On real Ukrainian and foreign cases, speakers present the possibilities of effective use of BIM design technologies in commercial, residential and industrial real estate, as well as the interaction of all participants in the process.
Ukrainian companies are increasingly using BIM technologies in design, which makes it possible to collect and comprehensively process architectural, engineering, technological, economic and other information about a building. In information modeling, as an approach to managing the life cycle of a building, a building object is considered and designed as a single whole and any parameter change should be made before the automatic modification of the second components of the object (for example, changing drawings, visualizations, specifications, schedule, etc.)
