Focusing on the requirements of the customer, already at the stage of project preparation, the plant's specialists develop individual design solutions envisaging the manufacture of elements of a high level installation readiness, which can be limited only by the overall dimensions for transportation.
In the technological processes of the enterprise, the leading-edge equipment is used that allows to produce metal constructions of different levels of complexity with the given technical and economic parameters at a high degree of conformity of their bearing capacity. Available equipment and appliances make it possible to use rolled sections as well as to manufacture structures from fabricated sections of various conversion.
As part of the technical control department of the enterprise, a certified testing laboratory operates with accreditation certificate DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 (ISO/IEC 17025:2005). All finished products are UkrSEPRO certified. The manufacturing facilities of the plant, as well as the technological process in general, meet the requirements of the European market and are certified according to EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834.
The Zhytomyr Shielding Structures Works Design Bureau performs design works at stages of basic and detailed designs. The equipment of the enterprise ensures a high class of cleaning of metal structures from scale and corrosion, high-quality painting operations, resulting in a positive impact on both appearance and service life. The enterprise's record of performance includes various assembled buildings for industrial and civil purposes.
All this enabled the enterprise to export its products to France, Germany, Italy, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. Contemporary industrial buildings, trade centers, shopping and recreation malls, sports and fitness facilities, car service stations, mounted on the support frames, manufactured and delivered by the Zhytomyr SSW, became the decoration of many Ukrainian cities - Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mariupol, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Cherkasy, Simferopol, Vinnytsia.
